The form is processed by Formspree, a form-handling service that transmits your submission to us and stores it so we can respond; Formspree handles that data under its own privacy policy. We use this information only to connect you with an independent local plumbing provider about your inquiry — we do not sell it, rent it, or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing with providers
To connect you, we share the details of your inquiry with the independent local plumbing provider we match you with. That provider is a separate business with its own privacy practices; this policy covers ClearFlow’s handling of your information, not the provider’s.
Server and hosting logs
This is a static website — it sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers of its own. Like nearly every website, our hosting platform records standard server logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) for security and operations. We do not combine those logs with form submissions for profiling.
Your Choices and Rights
- Deletion requests: Email clearflowplumbingexperts@gmail.com from the address you used, and we will delete your form submission from our records.
- Consent checkbox: Checking the consent box on the form is optional. Consent is not a condition of receiving service — you can always just call us instead.
- TCPA: If you checked the consent box, you agree to be contacted about your inquiry by phone, text, or email; message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent at any time by emailing clearflowplumbingexperts@gmail.com.
Data Security and Retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable record-keeping period afterward, then delete them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we limit access to inquiry data to what is needed to connect you with a provider.
